Shipping and Delivery

A. Shipping Fee:
Free shipping is available on all orders.
B. Logistics Carriers:
We ship and deliver your package via USPS, UPS.
C. Tracking:
You can track your order by clicking on "TRACK MY ORDER" and entering your tracking number. The tracking information of your package will appear here. If you have any questions about tracking your package, please contact customer service.
D. Shipping:
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays) when the purchased product is in stock. If you purchase a product on a weekend, the product will be sent out on Monday.
When a product is suddenly out of stock or is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of at least a week or so. If you have an emergency, please contact customer service for details of the delay.
During the holidays, shipping will also be slightly affected and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, there will also be a delay in customer service response. Please be patient, we will try our best not to affect your normal shopping experience, but also please be able to understand.
E. Change of shipping address:
Please contact customer service as soon as you realize that you need to change your shipping address. This is because we are unable to intercept and change the address once it has been shipped.
Note: We are not responsible for orders that cannot be shipped due to an incorrect shipping address.
F. Shipping:
The shipping time is determined by your specific shipping address. Delivery is normally around 3-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times may be affected by various reasons. If the package is delayed, please wait patiently for 2-3 days, or contact your local post office for advice, or contact customer service to confirm the situation.
G. Sign for the delivery:
The carrier will deliver your package to the address you filled in at the time of purchase. Please keep your contact information open until the package is about to be delivered. If the package is shown as signed for but not received, please contact your local post office or customer service.
